A  week before Yom HaShoah (Holocaust Remembrance Day), a Memories@Home event was held at Rakia mission control. Hosted by Adi  Altschuler at the Rakia mission control center, the event featured  singer-songwriter Tal Ramon, son of the late Israeli astronaut Ilan Ramon.  Tal Ramon performed a song and talked about how his grandmother, Ilan’s  mother, had survived the Holocaust.
