Privacy Policy

Last updated: september 26

This Privacy Policy explains how Rakia Mission Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us" or "our") relates to information in connection with the use of the Rakia mobile application (the "App"). The Company and the App's privacy practices are intended to comply with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, and the regulations promulgated thereafter, to the extent applicable to the App's operation and data practices.

The App is designed to provide an augmented reality (AR) experience. Based on the App's current functionality, the App does not collect, receive, store, use, disclose, transfer, or otherwise process personal data relating to its users. The App may, however, request access to the device's camera solely to enable the App's AR features, as described below.

1. No Personal Data Collection
The App does not collect personal data from users. This means, among other things, that the App does not collect names, email addresses, telephone numbers, identification numbers, account details, payment information, or any other information that identifies, relates to, or may reasonably be linked to an individual.

2. No Registration or Account
Use of the App does not require registration, account creation, login, or submission of personal details.

3. No Device, Usage, or Location Data (Other Than Temporary Camera Access for AR Functionality)
The App does not collect data relating to the user's device or use of the App. In particular, the App does not collect device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, operating system data, usage logs, analytics data, crash data, geolocation data, or similar technical information. For clarity, while the App may access the device's camera during active use in order to provide the AR experience, the Company does not collect, store, or otherwise process camera images, video, or related data.

4. No Data Transmission
The App does not transmit user data to the Company or to third parties. The Company does not receive data from the App about users, their devices, or their activity within the App.

5. Camera Functionality
The App may request and use access to the device's camera solely for the purpose of enabling the AR experience and only while the user is actively using the App. Any such camera access is carried out locally on the user's device and only for the operation of the App's AR functionality. The Company does not collect, store, access, retain, transfer, or otherwise process camera images, video, or related data.

If the user does not grant camera access permissions, certain AR features of the App may not function properly or at all. The App does not access other device features or permissions except as necessary for its core functionality.

6. No Third-Party Tracking or Analytics
The App does not use third-party analytics, advertising tools, tracking technologies, software development kits (SDKs), or similar services that collect data from users through the App.

7. Children's Privacy The App is not intended to collect personal data from children or from any other users. As the App does not collect personal data, the Company does not knowingly process personal data relating to children through the App.

8. Data Security Because the App does not collect or store personal data, the Company does not maintain a user personal data database in connection with the App. The Company may nevertheless take reasonable technical and organizational measures to support the secure and proper operation of the App.

9. Contact Us If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or the App's privacy practices, or if you wish to exercise any rights that may be available to you under the Privacy Protection Law, 1981, please contact us at: Rakia Mission Ltd.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, the updated version will be made available with a revised "Last updated" date. Any future changes to the App's data practices will be reflected in an updated Privacy Policy.

11. Third-Party Platforms The App may be distributed through third-party platforms or application stores, including Google Play. Any data collection or processing carried out by such third parties is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and not to this Privacy Policy.
