Uri is known for his large scale installations in public space. In the past, he frequently worked with the iconic Keter plastic chair, transforming it into something entirely new. For Reflections on Space, he created a hybrid machine combining a telescope and a kaleidoscope. He brought this device to sites associated with endings and, using an old school analog technique, transformed the finite into the infinite, the closed into the open, and the sealed into space. The result was a striking and visually captivating photographic series.
