Studio Mela are an artistic duo with an impressive track record of crafting  one-of-a-kind culinary experiences (far from your typical cooking show!)  infused with cultural and personal statements. For this special evening, the  artists inflated 500 helium balloons, each tied to a unique, premium  chocolate praline. The pralines weighed the balloons down, keeping them  suspended in mid-air. The audience was asked to take a bite from the pralines  without using their hands, causing the balloons to rise up and float away.
