This moving project was born in the aftermath of the murder of Tamar and her family on that Black Saturday. Tamar, who founded and led the Bikurim School of Music, left behind an immense void and a wide community of talented musicians. Music, sound, singing, and playing became part of a personal and collective healing process for those who knew her and were shaped by her work. Music also served as a way to open hearts and allow emotion to enter.

At Reflections on Space, thirteen members of the ensemble performed several songs live while sharing the complex story behind the project.
